Attendee Pre/Post Event Mailing $500 Send event attendees who have opted in a pre-event gift! Mailing/gift must be approved by the MAOFP Executive Director and vendors will be required to complete agreement that indicates address list is for one-time use only.
Payment and Cancellation Terms Payment in full is required to reserve a virtual booth and sponsorships. Since benefits can be realized without any representatives in actual attendance, no refunds will be given to organizations who opt to cancel. In the unlikely event that MAOFP finds it necessary to cancel or reschedule this event, each prepaid sponsor/exhibitor can opt to receive a full refund or have the option of moving their sponsorship to the rescheduled event.
