Pending the final Agenda. This education activity will be submitted for approval of a total of AOA Category 1-A credits. Determination of credit is pending.

An application for CME credits will be filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.

MAOFP will report AOA CME credits to an accredited provider by April 7, 2025.

Requirements for Successful Completion

In order to receive credit for successful completion of educational sessions, all attendees must:

• Sign in at the registration desk at the beginning of each day
• Attend each session in its entirety
• Complete electronic session evaluation via the conference platform

Attendees will be able to download their conference transcript via the event platform.
