Active Physician - $195.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: 1 Jan 2027 No automatically recurring payments Any graduate of an AOA approved College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery who is licensed to practice Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in the State of Michigan. May vote, hold office and serve as a delegate to the ACOFP Congress of Delegates.

Associate/Affiliate - $195.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: 1 Jan 2027 No automatically recurring payments • Licensed osteopathic family physicians not currently practicing in Michigan,
• MDs, NPs, PAs and other allied professionals who contribute to family practice and align with osteopathic values,
• Graduates of accredited schools of medicine, dentistry or podiatry whose activities involve specialized cooperation with osteopathic family physicians,
• Doctors of philosophy, other health care-related disciplines, education and other personnel holding a teaching or research position in scientific fields in AOA-accredited health care facilities or colleges, or
• Individuals with a degree in the health care profession is currently employed with an active member of the association, contributes to the practice of that member and is not eligible for any other category of membership.
May not vote, hold office and serve as a delegate to the ACOFP Congress of Delegates.

Retired Member - $97.50 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: 1 Jan 2027 No automatically recurring payments Former active members who have discontinued practice or providing other health care services. May vote, hold office and serve as a delegate to the ACOFP Congress of Delegates.

First Year Physician - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Any graduate of an AOA approved College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery who is licensed to practice Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in the State of Michigan and is within their first year of practice. May vote, hold office and serve as a delegate to the ACOFP Congress of Delegates.

Resident Member - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: 1 Jan 2027 No automatically recurring payments Residents in AOA or ACGME-accredited family practice post-doctoral training programs or fellowships in Michigan. May serve as committee members, board members and delegates to the ACOFP Congress of Delegates with vote, but may may not serve as an officer unless serving as the student or resident board member which is appointed by the board.

Osteopathic Medical Student Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: 1 Jan 2027 No automatically recurring payments Undergraduate students in AOA or AMA-accredited colleges of medicine in Michigan pre-doctoral training programs. May serve as committee members, board members and delegates to the ACOFP Congress of Delegates with vote, but may may not serve as an officer unless serving as the student or resident board member which is appointed by the board.
