Michigan Association of Osteopathic Family Physicians (MAOFP) invites organizations to take advantage of exhibit and sponsorship opportunities associated with our 2022 Summer Family Medicine Update. Showcase your company's products and services to family physicians, residents, and medical students from across the state of Michigan. MAOFP anticipates having approximately 100 in attendance at this conference.

Exhibit booths will be located in the room where meals will be served. Attendees will pass through this room as they enter the education sessions. The agenda has been designed to drive attendee traffic to the exhibit area with almost 6 hours of dedicated attendee face-to-face time scheduled on Friday and Saturday. MAOFP will sponsor an exhibitor bingo contest which encourages attendees to visit with exhibitors to be entered into a drawing for prizes. Exhibitors are encouraged to donate a prize for the contest.

Sponsors and exhibitors will also have profiles and visibility in the virtual event platform/mobile app. In-person attendees will utilize the platform to view the agenda, session materials, and track their CME credits. Those that choose the virtual, on-demand attendance option will utilize the platform to view the educational sessions 2 weeks after the in-person event.

Payment and Cancellation Terms

Payment in full is required to reserve a booth and sponsorships. . In the unlikely event that MAOFP finds it necessary to cancel or reschedule this event, each prepaid sponsor/exhibitor can opt to receive a full refund or have the option of moving their sponsorship to the rescheduled event.

Covid-19 Statement

MAOFP prioritizes the health and safety of our members and guests. MAOFP will enforce any federal, state, or local mandates as they exist at the time of the event. Conference attendees are strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the start of the event. Masks are required for non-vaccinated participants.

To ensure that all feel comfortable and safe at our event, some extra distance may be implemented in gatherings, dining areas, and seating situations. Expect that dining events including breaks, meals, and receptions may be modified from our usual format to prioritize safety.

For everyone’s safety, please do not arrive to the meeting ill or with any symptoms of COVID-19 or other similar flu viruses. If you develop symptoms while at the meeting, please quarantine yourself and notify a member of the MAOFP staff.
