MAOFP is pleased to host the 2022 Summer Family Medicine Conference!  Thank you to all attendees who joined us at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa.

Were you unable to join us in person? No problem! Register for the On-Demand course and receive the recorded sessions available starting August 29, 2022!  Recordings will be available to earn credit until October 24, 2022.

This year’s conference offers up to 23 CME credits, including sessions on topics such as Obesity Treatment, Women’s Health, and End-of-Life Cases.

Payment

Payment of registration and event fees must be made within 30 days of registration to avoid cancellation. Registrations made within 30 days of the event must be paid at the time of registration. No exceptions.

Cancelation/Refund Policy

Registrants for a MAOFP continuing medical education program must submit requests in writing for refunds to the Association’s office. Requests for refunds must be received at least two weeks prior to the program and will entitle the registrant to a full refund less a $50 processing fee. You must notify MAOFP at least two weeks prior to the program to request a refund of the registration fees. Program brochures/registration forms and the MAOFP website shall include this information. 

Substitution of registration (same type: member/non-member) is permitted prior to July 11, 2022. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact/demographic information.
